Managing Director Claire Shepherd is an award-winning leader in health, criminal justice and social care services to vulnerable people. She has a proven record of transforming health services, improving patient safety and increasing access to services by vulnerable people.
With a Masters in Leadership, Claire has led teams to win the Lupton Fawcett Business Advantage Award, three Health Service Journal awards, Bupa, Tilley and National Centre for Innovation awards and, was runner up in the 2009 Secretary of State award for Health Service Management. Claire has presented at a number of national and international conferences on improving access to services for vulnerable people, and patient safety.

Creative Director Karl Lenton spent six years in architectural education in Leeds and London, winning the John CASS Award for Social Entrepreneurship in 2014. Karl is co-founder of architectural practice Burr Lenton Architecture (BLA).
Karl was shortlisted for the RIBA South West Regional Live Project Award in 2014 and long listed for the RIBAJ MacEwen Award: Architecture for The Common Good in 2016 for his work on projects for vulnerable people.
Karl has recently been appointed to the Leeds Business Improvement District and is a member of The Free Unit.
Business Development and Relationship Manager Richard Rowley is a creative and highly effective professional with 19 years experience of working with voluntary, public and private sector organisations in the criminal justice arena.
Richard's experience of working across all sectors gives him a unique perspective of justice with the capability to understand and appreciate contrasting agendas. His passion stems from working in public and private sector prisons and in some of the most deprived communities with those affected by crime and poverty.
Richard was nominated for a Butler Trust Award, recognising exceptional dedication and creativity in the resettlement of former prisoners.
